DIY: TURBAN HEADBAND

Les traigo un DIY sencillo y super util, se trata de un accesorio que he visto mucho en la calle y que varias marcas de accesorio locales han fabricado y han tenido bastante aceptacion.
Se trata de las bandanas estilo turbante. Me he dado a la tarea de hacer varias y venderlas entre mis amigas y personas mas cercanas.
Han dado de que hablar, por eso quiero compartir con ustedes mi técnica.

 I bring you DIY Super simple and useful, this is an accessory I've seen a lot on the street and that several local accessory brands have manufactured and have been quite acceptance. 
This is the turban style bandanas. I've taken on the task of making and selling several among my friends and people closest.
 They've been the talk, so I want to share with you my technique.
 

Los materiales que necesitamos son los siguientes:

2 (dos) tiras de tela del color que quieras el turbante, aprox 45cmts de largo por 25cmts de ancho.

Máquina de coser,

Aguja e hilo.

The materials needed are:

Two (2) strips of fabric color you want the turban, approx 25cmts 45cmts long by wide. 

Sewing machine 

Needle and thread

Paso#1: Extender las dos tiras de tela en una superficie plana.

Paso#2 y #3:Doblar ambas tiras dejando ver el revés de la tela y marcar con alfileres para proceder a coser en la maquina.

Step 1: Extend the two strips of fabric on a flat surface.
Step # 2 and # 3: Fold both strips revealing the upside of the fabric and mark with pins to proceed to sew on the machine

Luego de coser ambas tiras, las volteamos para dejar ver el frente de la tela como se muestra en el paso#4. Extendemos las tiras formando una "X" y las cruzamos como se muestra a continuación:

After sewing two strips, they're turned to reveal the front of the fabric as shown in step # 4. We extend the strips forming an "X" and the cross as shown below:

Una vez realizado esto va a quedar algo así, donde ya va tomando forma la bandana
Once this will be something LIKE THIS, which is taking shape the bandana.

 Procedemos a unir los extremos sin deshacer el cruce colocando la tela de la manera en que se muestra en la foto para posteriormente coser la union y tener el turbante armado.
Proceed to attaching the ends without placing undo the fabric crossing in the way shown in the photo and later sew the union and have the armed turban.

 Una vez que ya cerramos el turbante, se puede dejar asi o si queremos un mejor acabado, tomamos aguja e hilo y hacemos unas puntadas uniendo los extremos por donde paso la costura para disimular el sobrante de tela.
Once you close the turban, so you can leave or if we want a better finish, take needle and thread and make a few stitches joining the two ends where the stitching step to disguise the excess fabric.
