GRUNGE STYLE IS BACK

 Nunca pense que este estilo volveria, sin embargo, aqui lo tenemos formando parte de las tendecias para este invierno 2013.

 I never thought that this style back, however, here we have it as part of the trends for this winter 2013.

 El estilo Grunge originario de los desastrosos años 90 vuelve, éste guarda relacion con el genero musical derivado del rock que lleva el mismo nombre, el cual, para ese entonces hacía referencia a un estilo musical distorsionado y "sucio"; si llevamos esto a contexto de moda, obtenemos algo similar: looks descuidados y sucios, cabello "messy", prendas amplias, tejanos rotos, y..por supuesto.. las famosas CAMISAS DE LEÑADOR o a cuadros en todas sus presentaciones.

 Grunge style originating in the messy 90s, is back, this keeps relationship with rock music genre derivative of the same name, which, by then referred to a musical style distorted and "dirty"; if Taking this a fashion context, we get something like this: looks neglected and dirty hair "messy", loose clothing, ripped jeans, and .. of course .. the famous plaid lumberjack shirts in all presentations.

Otra imagen que viene a mi mente al nombrar esta tendencia, es el cantante de la conocida banda NIRVANA, Kurt Cobain; quien para mi representa este estilo indudablemente.

Personajes tambien como Winona Rider, personificaron este estilo en su epoca; los vestidos de cuadro escoses con en cuello blanco, el estampado de flores pequeñas, vestidos de flores mezclados con botas... 

 Another image that comes to my mind when naming this trend, is the singer of the popular band Nirvana, Kurt Cobain, who represents this style for my undoubtedly. 

Characters also like Winona Rider, epitomized this style in their time.  

 

Personalmente, al ser una epoca que viví siendo una niña, al ver esta tendencia volver a las pasarelas y por supuesto a las calles, me genera un poco de nostalgia, y siento la necesidad de seguirla.

 Personally, being a time I lived as a child, seeing this trend back to the runway and of course into the streets, I generated a bit of nostalgia, and feel the need to follow it.

Claro está, que por haber pasado mas de 23 años desde que nacio este estilo, la ropa ha evolucionado y las siluetas son mucho mas femeninas; lo que hace mucho mas facil adaptar este estilo a la actualidad. 

Of course, that having spent over 23 years since this style was born, the clothes have evolved and are much more feminine silhouettes, which makes it much easier to adapt this style today.

Detalles como usar unas botas de cuero, o amarrarse una camisa de leñador a la cintura, pueden ser suficientes pra personificar este estilo, sin llegar a parecer un disfraz de tu hermano mayor. Como siempre, todo es cuestion de proporcion y estilo
 

Details like wearing leather boots, a shirt or tying a lumberjack at the waist, may be sufficient pra personify this style, without looking like a costume of your big brother. Like always, is all about proportion and style
