Sunday Oat Mask

Recién investigaba acerca de las mascarillas faciales y leí que la avena tiene grandes propiedades cuando de humectar y cuidar la piel se trata, esto no es noticia nueva ya que son muchos los productos de belleza hechos a base de este cereal. 

Este domingo decidí exfoliar mi cutis con avena, como tengo tendencia a tener la piel grasa lo único que necesite fue unas cucharadas de avena en hojuelas y un poco de agua. Para aquellas que tengan tendencia a tener la piel seca lo mejor es que sustituyan el agua por leche liquida.

This Sunday I decided to exfoliate my skin with oats, as I have a tendency to have oily skin all I needed was a few spoonfuls of rolled oats and some water. For those who have a tendency to have dry skin it is best to replace the water for liquid milk.

Es una exoliacion muy sencilla, solo necesitamos mezclar la avena en hojuelas con un poco de agua hasta que quede una contextura pastosa mas o menos como la que se ve en la foto.

Luego de esto aplicamos la mezcla en nuestra cara y cuello dando un suave masaje por 30 segundos. Dejamos actuar la mascarilla por 15 minutos y enjuagamos con agua tibia.

Este ritual lo puedes realizar 2 o 3 veces por semanas y notaras que tu piel se siente mas suave y libre de impurezas.

Cada sábado o domingo publicare una mascarilla diferente y les iré contando mis resultados.
